Pommies Vinaigrette

This delicious apple blend will lighten up any salad or snack. Give flavour to your meal with our Pommies Vinaigrette. The dressing goes well with: cucumber and feta salad, pork chops, apple slices, tomatoes, thin crackers with a light goat cheese spread by Woolwich Dairy, a quinoa salad and even a simple green salad. WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

2 tablespoons of Pommies Dry Cider
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
ยพ teaspoon of salt (or preference)
Fresh cracked pepper
6 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Pour the Pommies and the vinegar into a small bowl. Add the salt and black pepper (however much you prefer). Stir until the salt dissolves then add olive oil. Serve right away.
