Pommies Balsamic Scallop Glaze

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Caramelize scallops with butter on both sides, remove and set aside.
Mix all liquid ingredients together.
Pour mixture on the same hot skillet used for the scallops.
Wait until the liquid has thickened a bit (1-2 minutes).
Pour over scallops and serve.
