Pommies Brussel Sprouts

Brussel Sprouts just may be everybody's not-so-favourite dish. However, adding Pommies definitely enhances the taste. Add to your main course with our Pommies Brussel Sprouts.


1 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of Pommies Dry Cider OR Pommies Perry
2 cups of brussels sprouts
1 large gala apple (diced)
1 large bosch pear (diced)
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon


In a large pan over medium heat, heat olive oil.

Add brussel sprouts to pan, flipping once, until brown (approx.11 minutes).

Add apple and pear, and cook until they are soft (approx. 5 minutes)

Add Pommies Dry or Perry and cinnamon.

Simmer and stir until liquid absorbs.
